SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is FREE for all orders of $100 or more in the Continental United States. Orders under $100 are $14.99.

Handling time is generally one (1)  business day for all shipments unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 12 pm Central Time are not processed until the next business day. US orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS & SERVICES

All orders are shipped from our warehouse near Dallas, Texas. They are sent via UPS Ground or USPS.  unless you purchase a different (available) service at checkout. 

SALES TAX

RuK™ is required to collect taxes for orders shipping to the states of California, Washington, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey & New York due to US Tax Laws regarding online sales and our business presence in these states

BACKORDERS & PREORDERS

If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away, or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
